Cold Hardy Grapes: University of Minnesota Releases the Itasca Grape

  Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Riesling and Gewürztraminer- what do they all have in common? They’re grapes that thrive in colder climates and sometimes survive long and arduous winters.
